Add assignment to menu

Dear modding community,

i googled and searched a lot but I did't find any hint yet.

Is there a way to add a new possible job to ships in terms of "assignment"?

I understand assignments are orders that rely on a superoir ship or station. Indepentant ship-> order. Ship for capital ship -> assigmment. You can't have an order while having a boss.
I'd like to add a new possible job to assigned ships. But I cant get the menu entry to show up in the game. It's working as an order but I need it as an assignment.<

Does the game prevent assignments from beeing overwritten / added? If not: how do i approach that?
