This is the wiki article: https://wiki.egosoft.com:1337/X4%20Foun ... 20Effects/
It states that with a reputation of +30 with a faction, the player receives a free trade subscription. But this is wrong. Or maybe it was true as this comment was written but now it's just a bug that the +30 rep doesn't offer the free trade subscription? At the bottom of the wiki article the comment was mentioned.
I've created a custom creative game, which flags the game as modified for whatever reason. But no mods were used here.
Started with a reputation of +30 with all factions and satellite coverage in several systems (e.g. Antigone Memorial, The Void). Then I disabled all satellites, to avoid updating the trade information. After enough time has passed, all trade informations are outdated and I can no longer trade with the stations.
For example in The Void, there is a ANT Solar Plant station in the south-west, next to the gate. I can see that it has energy cells but can't trade with it due to outdated trade information.
The trading ships assigned to my station in asteroid belt are only aware of the one Boron solar plant in the Great Reef. (as it has updated trade information)
Opening the diplomacy window and going to the licenses tab (of any +30 rep faction) shows that there is no trade subscription.

Re: Wiki error about Reputation Effects
Wiki should certainly be updated if it's inaccurate.
However personally very glad I don't receive trade subscriptions just for reaching +30 rep with a faction. Simply do not want any trade subscriptions at all. Sometimes the factions build stations well outside default sector boundaries & I do not want my ships to know they exist. They could do several trade runs to closer stations in the time it would take to reach those more distant ones. Knowledge of particularly distant stations would also stretch the sector map in a way I'd find undesirable.

Tehehe. I just let them do their thing, presumably they are going for better price/volume so I don't mind if they go on a little adventure. To be honest I'm now sat on 3 billion credits so micro is not high on the agenda for me.GCU Grey Area wrote: ↑Fri, 5.
