[#4775] No't able to meet split organization representative

Hello!

I have a problem with getting my reputation rank from Zyarth Patriarchy and inviting a split diplomat to my embassy. I have rank +17 and got the invitation at rank +10. I traveled to the split (Zyarth) organization representative at the shipyard. It has two L-ship shipyard only. No normal docking collar. I can dock the ship but have no option to leave the ship with the lift. Also im not able to enter the station with my space suite. I get no permission to dock with the space suite when i'm floating around. What now? Thanks

As you haven't provided basic information about your game nor save it's just speculation.

Is station under construction (e.g. S/M dock destroyed)? Is there construction ship working? Is station missing construction wares (Claytronics, Hull Parts etc)?
If so you can speed up situation by providing materials to site. Otherwise you need wait that dock gets ready.

Sorry that i'm not provided the basic information. I didn't saw the thread. I will post it later when i'm at home.

The station im talking about has no dock modules. Only two L-ship fabrication modules. So with fabrication modules only, i'm not able to enter the station, is this right? I didn't know that.

If there's only L&XL fabrication bays you can dock but cannot much move around as S/M dock operates as center point when moving in the station.
In the most of cases missing S/M dock means station was under attack where it got destroyed or station is under construction and dock haven't yet been build.

You can see from property information (in map choose 1st icon from top on left side of screen) when station is visible then expand station information and see if there's modules which have (xx%) after module name and time (e.g. 5:00). If time is white and goes down then it means that module is under construction.
If time is orange then station lacks of resources or builder.

Just as an aside, the Zyarth home sector has two shipyards in it (Shipyard and War Forge) so just in case make sure that you are at the correct one.

The station with the organization representative is the maintenance dock. It has only 2x L-size maintenance bays and no docks. There is no destruction or repair running.
