Envoy mission Data Locker problem

Can anyone help with unlocking the data locker in the Envoy mission? Can't find the signal leak and when I do what is next?
(Never opened one before despite playing this game since its inception I believe!!!)

Fly close to the data vault and get into your spacesuit. Scattered around the data vault are glowing red switch panels that you can toggle using your suit repair laser. When a switch is toggled, some things rotate and/or hatches open to expose more red switch panels or other things. When all switch panels in the sequence have been toggled to green you will have direct access to the data leak that you can find and scan in the suit's scan mode.

There may also be a loot box or two exposed in your search which will have some nice inventory loot, although some will be illegal in some sectors. Not every hatch on the data vault may be open after everything possible has been done so don't worry too much about still closed ones when you have what you wanted.
