Hello,
I cannot find any way to make freshly taken over ships by my personel to automatically fly and dock to nearest wharf or any friendly station - I think it should be in general behaviour settings. Sometiomes Xenons abandon their ships in battle, mine crew captures it but then it hoovers like dummy target instead flee to nearest safe spot and often they got destroyed few seconds after I get control over it. Is there any mod to give my pilots a bit of common sense and enviromental awarness in such situations?

There's no automatic setting, but you can pause the game and command it, pointing where you want it to go.

The point is im leaving X4 over night without controlling things - im trying to do terraforming misson at Frontier Edge and universe has too less metal microlattice to do so - and have fleet in Savage Spur I which is "gathering" some Xenon ships,. thats why im lacking mentioned possibility to automatricly send overtaken ship to closest friendly station. This time I've changed global orders setting to not populate abandoned ships.

I use a dedicated Cobra which I send manually to run around and claim the abandoned Xenon ships. It can claim 10 before it needs to restock on marines.
Once claimed I re-equip them first at my nearest S/M maintenance then assign them to HQ defense. They will automatically repair but not re-equip if you do it the other way around which can get a bit fiddly trying to cancel the automatic repair.
A nice feature would be to be able to set a ship configuration template in an existing ship loadout screen. Then you could claim, assign configuration template, assign role and then just let it get on with repairing and replacing missing equipment on its way to wherever you are sending it...

I wish they would do that tbh the only action it can do is via player command after claiming FROM THE COCKPIT! "land at the nearest warf " it can't fight or anything, even if a con is needed make it fly slow or something. Or create a new ship like the toucan? In X3, but give it some form of tractor beam to collect the ship in some ship slot/opening like a tow truck but a spaceship xD.

Unless you are supplying Yaki with ships, nobody else will take them overnight. You could just capture them all in one batch and send them back.

Yeah, but they are the only faction that does, and without player support they rapidly run out of supplies to build more ships. So then nobody takes them at all.
