[8.0] Busta Dal Paranid dialogue not triggering - WAI as change patch notes.

Teladi Merchant Start, begun on Beta 8.0 (if that matters)
Issue:

After re-uniting the Paranid, Busta Dal did not contact me. Several in-game hours later I went and spoke to him, and we received comms from the Duke, basically confirming that he was cutting us out (all good so far). Busta says something along the lines of "I'll look into this".

Several in-game hours later, he has not contacted me so I go back and talk to him again, and he explains what happened with the Duke proclaiming himself rather than one of the awakened priests.

I wait several in-game days, and when I speak to Busta, he still will not trigger any dialogue allowing me to cause TRI to go to war.

I progressed all of the other plots (TER was already done, I finished Split and PIO to see if these were locking him into a different state like where he is aboard the FRF ship)

Then I went to start Terraforming to give him even more time. I am now an in-game week and still he won't reach out or respond.

Wasnt the content causing TRI to go to war removed in the Diplomacy update because you can now do that through the embassy instead of needing Dals options?

I cant find the old patch notes to confirm though.

Glad I found this info, and to add to this as it has some unresolved items..

And on an extra note, this makes the achievement for it impossible to get.
'What is Best in Life:
Cut the Paranid peace celebrations short.'

So maybe that should be updated as well or at least noted that it isn't possible to get anymore unless there is another way for it now?

I tried switching factions to go to war with TRI, but it didn't activate, and the achievement is still active on the Steam page. If it's impossible to get now, they should remove the achievement from there.
