Here is a save game where I, as a Paranid character, cannot walk freely in my Cutlass without hitting my head on the ceiling and stopping. Just try walking forwards towards the airlock, and then back towards the pilot seat. You'll get stuck and have to crouch to move forward. I recommend raising the ceiling just a smidge!
