[#4617][7.60 and 8.0] Stuck Exchanging Ore And Silicon

Apparently you can't transfer wares if they are ore or silicon. I don't know about others: download

Normally that would mean that the transfer recipient (ship or station) has no solids storage, or no free space in there if it has - or has an artificial station max storage cap for that resource imposed by the player. I am transferring scrap, minerals and ice all the time in my vanilla 7.60 game.

Can you say a bit more about the situation and problem (and whether your game is modded)?

it's a Kopis (Mineral) with transfer wares with a Hokkaido (Mineral). save was created on a vanilla (no mods) budget start to demonstrate the behaviour.

my intention was to automate the behaviour, but repeat orders do not allow transfer wares with.

Ah, it's with the repeat orders behaviour. I suspect that transfers have so many individual conditions and parameters that a transfer order might be considered difficult to 'repeat'. Have a look at the first 5 or so posts of this.

Nope. It does not have exchange wares when set to repeat orders.

The ships or are set to Hold or Local Trade. They have accepted the order, docked, and stuck on Exchanging Wares.

There's nothing in the beta changelog that says that repeat orders and exchanges/transfers have been changed at all.

This is not yet fixed in 8.00 Hotfix 1. I just tested it.
