Hyperion Mission Settings Question?

Moderators, firstly if this is in the wrong place please forgive me... I'm putting it here for the potential of spoilers.

Is there some way (short of accepting the mission and just setting it to inactive) to get the initial broadcast stating such things as "Hyperion back on track" from happening every single time I change sectors in the commonwealth sectors? It gets brutally annoying that it happens every time until I just accept the mission. It would be great if it only happened once maybe every five times I changed sectors not every single sector.
