I got a message for the first mission a long time ago I didn't start it. I thought I had to go to The Moon and talk to Admiral Giorno to start the first mission.
Where is he?
Or did I miss out cause I waited to long to start mission 1?

All open Missions are available in the Mission List - Shift+M if I remember correctly.

At first look at the thread and see you in the replies, you might also think it was referring to you

I think he should be at the orbital defence station.

All open Missions are available in the Mission List - Shift+M if I remember correctly.

Yes, they usually appear in the mission list, but in some cases, when a message indicates a mission, I think they only appear there after the mission has been accepted at the contact person.
