the best buy best selling has crashed and arrested the game

CAN A DEV contact me to find out why the game has been arrested and will not respond after loading up
Almost about every time when using the best selling best buying feature it will arrest the game or freeze it to the point where the game is impossible to play
I have posted this happening more than a few times in and on this forum
NOW I CANNOT get the game instance to finish loading up and respond after doing so
