After I finish building the station for the duke in from the ashes it turns hostile after a while and I cannot deliver any goods for the battle ship. This happens during gathering storm.
Dukes buccaneers stay at 20+ rep but the station itself becomes hostile.
I already had a station plus shipyard there way before the mission started

It hasn't happened to me in several vanilla Duke's play-throughs. I would suggest doing a Tech Sp thread if vanilla and including evidence and a link to a save. If modded then I would suspect mods.
The only things I can think of are if you have a ship of yours running around that is (still) hostile to the Duke for some reason (usually after capturing/destroying Duke's ships for ships/ship mods) and so attacking or being attacked by Duke's assets, or if you spend a lot of time IS/high attention with the station and the station (docking approaches) design leads to your ships colliding with it a lot.
