Trying to get nosteam.exe

Hello,

I'm just trying to get the nosteam.exe for litcube and mayhem mod for AP but my steam account is registered to an old forum account I can no longer remember. What can I do about this? Sorry, I'm sure this has been asked before but couldn't find anything, lots of out of date stuff. Help would be appreciated.
