[ 7.60 Beta 7 Change Request] Make Autoreplace Shipyard selection Smarter

When rebuilding ships, the Shipyards selection is very mouch not smart. Leading to ofthen situations where replacements won't be built.

The Priority for replacement for a self built Ship selection should probobly be somthing like:

• Identical ships already in construction

• Owned Shipyards with all needed materials and a free Que space

• Owned Shipyards with all needed materials

• The original Shipyard where the ship was built

• Owned Shipyards that could build the ship if Storages were full

• Owned Shipyards that are on the same build method as the original shipyard was

• AI Shipyards with all needed materials and a free Que space

• AI Shipyards with all needed materials

currently this feature is very mouch not smart about where they get there replacements.
leading to them not getting replacements, since it will do stuff like order ships from shipyards that won't be able to build them at all (wrong build type)
Or it will Order them from places where they won't be built for Hours even though other shipyards are building identical ships
