[#3885] 7.5 Bug: Two Darts in Universe

Description:
After you Free Kal t'Ktt from the minefield in Ianamus Zura IV, you can get back to Gantellios before Kal, and buy the Dart off him.
This creates another dart on the station for you, and the existing dart piloted by Kal docks and waits.
This has no observable impact on gameplay other than having two darts in universe.
Note: Both Kal and Gantellios become uninteractable at this point, I dont know if this is intentional/normal or not, but I did see this bug about it for Gantellios viewtopic.php?t=469722

Steps to reproduce:
1) Destroy the mines to free Kal
2) Dock at the QUE Renewable Energy Production Array and purchase the Dart off Gantellios
