Station Manager
Hello, does the station manager need a satellite network to know where to send the trading ships, or is it enough to discover the stations in a sector

as far as i can tell the manager will send freighters to sectors with or without sats.
whether or not it helps them find the best deals i don't know. i don't think so though.

It doesn't need satellites to work, but a network can be used to detect enemies, which the station manager will use to avoid sectors
