Did Hyperion quest scam me?

I went and turned some wares in to Olmancketslat on a newish game, but now the total is displayed like this:

AGI Processor 0/6
AGI Heuristic Core 0/7
AGI Neural Network 0/7
Programmable Field Array 0/2
Security Bypass System 0/2
Security Decryption System 0/3

I'm wondering whether it took my wares without updating the mission, possibly because guidance wasn't active. Or if it's just counting by reducing the totals for some bizarre reason?

What is the full amount it asks for? I can't seem to find it online.

Programmable Field Array 0/3

Security Decryption System 0/3

Not bothering to deliver anything until I have 3 Programmable Field arrays.

Yeah I just went back to it and delivered more after setting up a gate fleet, and now most of the stuff is done. I guess the formatting is just weird; instead of telling you what you have delivered and what you need in total it's (I think) telling you the amount you have out of the amount still needed?

edit: now that most are completed (just the security stuff left) it looks like:

AGI Heuristic Core 9/9
AGI Neural Network 9/9
Programmable Field Array 3/3
Security Bypass System 0/2
Security Decryption System 0/1

So after they finish it shows the total, I guess, and prior to that it's always 0/something.
