[#3662][v7.5] "Information-->Crew" Captain context menu issue #2 (Fire and Work Somewhere Else Options missing)

v7.5, no mods.

The issue is back.
There are 3 conditions to impact Captain context menu (right click on the name at Information --> Crew):
#1. standing far from the captain --> only "comm" option available.
#2. standing close to the captain --> "comm, fire and work..." available towards that specific captain.
#3. sitting in any chair --> "comm, fire and work..." available for any hired captain in the universe.

To fix: make context menu not dependent on player's position/state.
The issue persists in a brand new game as well.

Let me know if you need a save file, even though I really don't see a reason for it as the inconvenience is found in a matter of few seconds after loading any game with property and crew.

Just to clarify the report. The issue WAS fixed beforehand. And it returned back. Supposedly in v7.5. So don't let tracking number at the old thread to confuse you.
