Anyhow, I'm obsessed with boarding ships and even more obsessed with boarding Hs. Therefore, I was absolutely delighted to find this H puttering about in Tempting Fumes all by its lonesome self. Not totally lonesome, it was hanging around with a Data Sequencing Mainframe. I left them alone for a while, but I quickly couldn't resist the urge to board it.
So, for fun, I grabbed a Phoenix and we did a tango until, believe it or not, BOTH of us were stuck with our engines completely destroyed. Those seismic charge turrets have AOE damage that goes through the Phoenix's bow and knocks out the forward-placed engines. Not only that, but I also lost both main batteries and all turrets except for one L plasma. But I was still behind the H, so that single surviving turret was able to pick off all the remaining H turrets and other surface elements. (Cherry picked one by one using Attack my current enemy.)
Hurrah! Time to send in the special task force specifically for this job, a Gorgon Vanguard with exactly sixteen 4.7 to 5-star marines. This H will be assimilated into the fleet in no time.
Wait, what?! The boarding risk is impossible!
This H can't be captured? 
It can be destroyed but it can't be boarded. After some searching, I discover this is a special ship for granting the Quantum Data Shard in universes (save games) where it's otherwise no longer possible to find one. That's nice of ES to do, but at least I could've been warned before going through all that trouble of disabling it. 
Nah, tbh it was a fun battle and the silly outcome with both destroyers being disabled was entertaining.
tldr: Anyone considering capturing the H in the new 7.5 sectors, be advised that it's not boardable.
