[Question @ Anyone] Station trade ware prices issue ..

Question for anyone who may know (and because currently I cant reproduce the problem for a bug report in the Beta forum) :

I have a station which is just comprised of ..
Wide Area Sensor Array
3M6S Dock
1 Pier dock
Solar panels
A couple of Container storage
9 Condensate storage - For Protectyon
Station Manager (currently at 3 Star)

On the Logical overview I have selected the Protectyon as an item to trade.
Also set a Trade rule, which excludes everyone including my ships, but allows RIP.
In the details of the Protectyon trades drop down I disabled Auto amount, set "Sell all but .." 1
Also in the details, I disabled Automatic pricing, and set it to the lowest price

So bit of background I think most of you will guess - I rattled the twins by not agreeing to their proposal, and prefer to do as Dagobas wishes and help the RIP population with low priced Protectyon. The battle with VIG is all over and done with, my rep with them is back to +30.

Rep with RIP is about 28 and building.

I had one RIP trader which was enroute to my station (which is situated in the VIG sector adjacent to the Avarice sectors), but for whatever reason he didn't make it there and the trade somehow cancelled (maybe the sun burst or something, idk).

So I decided to take the shorter route, built a Raleigh (Condensate), and personally piloting the ship went trading with RIP stations where there were trades less than 25000 per unit of Protectyon.
After I think 3 or 4 got the message from Dagobas that he was a happy bunny, and also the Galnet news message.

.. Now, the thing is the last trade I think was 24465. I happened to start doing a round of checks on my stations and overviews, and the manually set price of 22000 had been increased to 24465 - By the Station Manager ???

The question then, is the Station Manager allowed / capable of adjusting Ware Trade prices which you have manually set, and are still disabled for auto adjustment.

I think this is a bug .. But as mentioned can't reproduce the issue. I load a save from before I went manually selling Protectyon, again made 5 sales at 24465 for each individual sale of Protectyon, after Dagobas was happy went back to check the Logical Overview and the manually set trade price was still 22000.

So I am left wondering how the change came about last time.
