In Direct mode builder on save creates a chem_gate_keeper extension in extensions subfolder in game folder.
Can you see it in a list of extensions before you load save or start new game?
Can you share the folder chem_gate_keeper with me?
And in addition - please start game with debug log, for example like it described there.
And share the log with me too.

I don't see it in extensions.
Also I only see a save button and not a create button. I have verson 0.10.2.0 if that means anything.
Would a another mode mess Chem Gate Builder up?
I will try the dabug log another time and remove the modes apart from X Universe + / as of 7.5 mod which I got them maps on

After gate creation, did you saved it?
Excuse me, but can't understand what are you doing ...
There is how gate creation is works in direct mode:

After this, after game start, chem_gate_keeper is immediately available in the list of extensions, installed to game, in the settings part of menu.

I did save it by useing the save button top left. I did follow your video too but no luck. You said "Excuse me, but can't understand what are you doing .." I follow what was in video and nothing more but did not work
Edit: It works now. Found out why it was not working before. My anti virus software was blocking it. Thank you for your hard work and patience with me

- Improved the map zooming by mouse wheel - now it is working faster
- Fixed
- On changing the "Load Mods" option - the tool will reload the game data automatically
- Fixed
- Fixed the wrong gate connection on Galaxy map, if Gate zones names are doubled by some Mods
- If game version is not presented in the built-in list - it will be added automatically
- Game version updated in the Gate Keeper mod content.xml file on save
- Mods not influenced on a map data is not shown in Mods list of Map Viewer window (Thanks to @Sleaker for the idea and initial implementation)

Superp , as always.
Only a sugestion , not meant to be offensive:
Now bring your 2 mod together : Clusters Relocation and Gate Builder .
Make it so , that one could relocate a cluster and simple delete existing gate connections and make new ones in one programm.
That would be my wet dream.
