Any way to retrieve my progress in timelines after reformatting my PC?

Please don't tell me i have to suffer through all of that again. :evil:

If Steam cloud was enabled then your progress will be restored automatically. If not then, well, that's what Steam cloud is for!

I thought it would of been stored by egosoft like the venture stuff, do i get any of the things i already unlocked in the sandbox like the

In the mean time anyone can someone PM me a link to timelines unlocker mod or something, can't find anything on workshop.

Would it be possible to like Stellaris manually designate what you want to upload to the cloud?
Like it's fine for me now with my newer internet, but back then I was never able to upload my saves because of their size, it would have basically bricked my internet for a whole day if not more, that's how bad my upload speeds were. Worse if I quick save and/or autosave.
Timeline saves seems to be relatively small after all, so even back then would probably have been feasible to backup to the cloud.
