An idea for quality of life mod

Hello,
If you know how to make a mod to have a screen like Trading System MKII... on tactil tablet (HDMI USB C ; wifi) and continue to use the game on regular screen (an enhanced, ameliored, prototype of a duplicate screen)
I will be :D :D :D to try it
