Reen Omara and Dal Busta MIA

So uh. The Xenon kinda destroyed everything in Hatikvahs choice before I had a chance to even start/accept any of the missions. I have found a HAT Trade station and a Free Port in Second Contact with their representative but Reen and Dal are still missing. Will they respawn somewhere or is the plot to most of everything just kinda gone now.

Usually, the game is quite robust at relocating important NPC's - most obvious with Faction Reps, though it can sometimes take a while. My game is the Xenon apocalypse, so certain Faction reps have relocated multiple times. I've not actually started the HAT plot-line yet, so it'll be interesting to see if it works.
