You won't get Hydra Royal, but you'll still be invited to the Queen's ship where she'll give 15 million after congratulatory speech.

Yeah, I got that. It's pretty disappointing the ship isn't awarded with the final story state unlocked, unlike the Earlking and Astrid. Unlocking the story states really should grant the unique ship rewards without having to repeat the storylines.

I believe Hydra Royal is not very special. I think it is one of the renamed ships, like Daliah's Swan Song. Meaning you can just buy another hydra from Borons.

Also you're not awarded Astrid in custom start. If you sided against twins, at least. You'll have to re-capture it every time you start a new game.

It is not a renamed Hydra, it's a unique ship. AFAIK it cannot be obtained after skipping the queen's herald missions. Hydra Regal

We aren't awarded the Astrid, but we can find them in Windfall and Avarice and encourage a transfer of ownership.

I believe we can also claim a free Syn if we skip the Yaki story. It's just parked and ownerless where it would normally appear during the storyline.
