Budgeted start help!?

In my previous pc i had a virus that changed files and data and also ruined my wifi, so my data of what i did is kinda ruined.
I still had the steam cloud save of played games and settings it but i kinda loaded a save and i crashed on autosave yeah so its ruined my saves as well so i deleted them.
I have a request if you can, i can send you my data would be able to restore my data or edit it to make it so i would get my money in budgeted to max again and other statics also story mode unlocked fully?

The devs have often said that a modded or corrupted save is permanent. I'm afraid that a fresh restart is your only way forward but it sounds as though a custom or budgeted start is your way to set up your starting progress as you wish. You might even wish to use a different stock/DLC start or change the starting progress compared to your previous game anyway.

This isn't really Tech Sp and so I'll move this over to gameplay. Players there may give you some further hints on customising your start.

I think what the OP is asking for is a userdata file that gives them a bit more flexibility in their budgeted custom gamestart, so that they don't have to start again from scratch. That's not something developers can provide, but maybe another player could oblige.
