Looking for Anark Studio 4.0

Hey everyone, I'm new here, me and a team of people are looking to mod a different game, Forza Horizon, that uses .bgf, .bsg, and .fbf files. There's no way to open these without the Anark Studio 4.0 software. I found a post from 10 years ago by a user named arc who wrote a conversion script, but it is not available anymore, nor is there a .xml to .bgf file converter. Does anyone have this software or know how to convert it? Any help would be appreciated.
