[SUGGESTIONS] 7.10 A new features and help for modding station

My apologize for posting it here, as I couldn't find better place to reach devs directly. Also, I am kinda new to X4, so bear it in mind and be gentle with me, please. I am working on a custom station and I ran into some problems. It'll be immensely helpful if the game engine could offer me a few things in my modding venture:


1. Ability for a player to choose from available landing pads before docking clearence was issued [UI feature, game engine]
2. Optional index list in xml, station specific, that lists ship types (not ship sizes) which are allowed to dock on specific landing pads of the station which has such index file attached to it [game engine].
3. Shallow, horizontal approach to landing pads, both by AI and autopilot in player-driven ship - either automatic (collision driven dynamic creation of path) or by choice of station maker (tag in Blender for geometry box/complex shape, or waypoints that dictates an approach). [game engine]
4. Docking path that allows for 90 deg touch down in relation to direction of entry into a docking area. Or, possibility of AI/autopilot to turn around by up to 180 deg in a hover over a docking pad. Or ability to go in reverse thrust until obstacles are cleared (ie. outside of a hangar) [game engine]
5. A sample of a station published in the Egosoft Samples that includes module(s), props, prefabs, a room, etc. to learn how it should be rigged properly for export and what, where and how should be added to config files to make it working. [modding]
6. Ability to add an optional "virtual" crew, storage, in-built defence/shield entities into a single hub/module. Like a "base" module that is virtually expandable, allowing to have some storage, crew, defence turrets etc. without need of adding station modules through connections [modding].
7. Ability to add special capabilities that are restricted to ships or equipment only, ie. radar range, minerals sensor, optic zoom, long range scaner mechanic, shield for the main hub or the whole location, a seat (chair) for operator of the facility/outpost (control of zoom, radar, scaner, turrets, subordinated drones and ships). Also, an ability to better hide such facility from AI/player long range scanning and onboard radar - levels of detectability? [modding]


The most help will, however, do a station sample published or comprehensive tutorial about station modding, preferably both. Probably this gallery below will say more about what I want to achieve and why I think those things above may help. It's a blockout model of a survaillence outpost that could replace advanced satellites and mineral scanners for a whole sector. But asteroid facilities may vary from mining colony to small trading stations or a defence outpost with huge gun/battery (I know, people would love that!).
