If you didn't, we shall start with food supply.
The cost of materials is about 55 million. This may look like a lot of investment for just food but the food it makes can feed more than 40k Boron workers.
Trust me, you will need all these food later.
It also produces a lot of water since boron navy uses a lot of water. If you only intend to make food, you can remove 3 water productions at the tips and still have enough water for my fellow Borons.
The numbers 10.7.10 means this build needs a minimum of 10km x 7km x 10km plot. It should be placed at the center of the plot when you reserve the appropriate size. All the following builds have the same numbering system to indicate their respective size.
Expect a lot of hexadocks. I love hexadocks. These builds generally aim for minimizing intermediates so you get the final products by just throwing raw resources. You can go as far as completely banning trade of most intermediates so your traders are less confused (I believe this also improves game performance but I would be breaking 4th wall if I said so).

Next, we want to produce hull part and claytronics so we can start supplying our own builds.
For the hull part, here is a small complex dedicated for hull parts: The material cost for this is 66 million. Despite we can supply our own water, it's only gonna shave off 3 millions at best.
I find claytronic chain being extremely awkward so I opt for using recycling instead.
This station is designed to operate in Great Reef and salvage Oceans of Fantasy scraps, but it should be easy to scale the solar panel part if you want to use the recycling station elsewhere or just want a solar station. The material cost for this is 69 million. Nice.

Next up is Engine and Antimatter Converters. They come in pairs to create engines so they naturally are combined in one complex.
The build is going to cost 80 million ... on paper, but since you've already built hull part and claytronics, this should be free.
The build comes with a little touch of producing scanning array since it has surplus intermediates and scanning array is needed for our next factory producing Turret Components.
This factory surprisingly does not need Helium as input.
At this stage we already have all the necessary components to make a minimum preset hull, but why stop there?
The next complex has a lot going on, but basically it produces all the components needed for Weapon, Turret and Shield. It will need to import scanning array from the engine factory but then enjoy the benefit of Simplified input of Helium, Methane and Silicon. It does not need Ore or Hydrogen.

We will skip the Drone and Missile components as they are not needed if we simply toggle our build method to Closed Loop.
This leaves us with our final capstone complex, the shipyard. Took a bit of inspiration from Boron Navy's standard design, this represents a more compact yet more spacious shipyard.
There are additional habitation modules and welfare modules to boost the crew refill speed in case the build is in a remote and sparsely populated area.
If you have this at places like Argon Prime where base population growth is already insane you can remove the welfare modules and the habitations under the XL fabrications.
