to go against the Syndicate. As a result, I was free to pay 15 million to restore the relationship and or cut off the head of the snake and eliminate the leadership by destroying a station. At that point I didn't have a large enough force to destroy the station without major losses. I had a few marines. With them I captured 13 Barbarossa and repaired them in the Riptide Rakers yards. I was also able to smuggle my 15 Odachi into the Riptide Rakers sectors. From there, I advanced and was able to successfully clear Windfall 3 of raiders and hostile Barbarossa. But I quickly realized that I was fighting on two fronts. I couldn't fight through the lower gate and with the fighters in Windfall 4 while new ships kept arriving from the shipyards above. So I withdrew for the time being.

The mission was gone. All that was left was: pay 15 million. Could it be that another faction destroyed the station without me noticing? Did the time run out? What would have happened if I had destroyed the station? Is it an and or an or? Does one mission replace the other or are both always on the schedule? What advantage would it have had to complete my destruction mission and why is it no longer there?
Does anyone know?
