This Steam account is already linked to a different forum account

Hello!

When I connected my steam account to the Egosoft forums, I did so using an old account whose credentials I don't remember. I no longer have access to the email address I used to sign up for that account so I cannot reset my password. Does anyone know of a way to resolve or get around this?
