Bug: Capture tutorial?

I disabled a ship for the first itme and was invited to do the 'capture' tutorial. I looked for it and there was none!

This pop-up could be a remnant from the old days, before the tutorials were revised. You take over a ship by scanning the data leak with the scan mode (Ctrl + 2).
