Currently the trade subscription license you can buy after reaching +20 reputation applys only to the stations you revealed at that time.
But it does not reveal stations in already explored sectors, that the AI builds afterwards. Can this be changed. I don't want to manually send scouts around, just to reveal the stations.
The explore command does not even work, because the fog of war is already removed. The ship just sits there and does nothing, despite there definitely being undiscovered stations.
