QUE Modules in Stationbuilder?

Has anyone found out how to unlock the new Timeline Blueprints (Span & Arc connectioncs, Argon Housing Spires) in the Stationbuilder?
I'd Love to mess around more with those, but lacking a force build mode for a detailed preview in the Sandbox is ridiciously annoying

Once you have unlocked the appropriate sectors, best way I have found of improving rep with QUE is to do QUE Escort Miner missions.
Those spawn Kha'ak attacking the miner, and you killing them increases your Rep with QUE.
Then you do the usual Promotion Ceremony. I didn't have to buy them, they were just given to me as part of the Ceremony.
Not sure if I have everything yet (the ones I got were at Rep level 10). I'm at 15 right now and working towards higher Rep.
I think you may be able to unlock Blueprints with the EMP method too (not sure, I have hardly ever used that).

I already have the Blueprints unlocked in Sandbox mode,.. Although unlocked by EMPs .. but they are missing when i open the Stationbuilder Sandbox (Designer Sandbox)

These were unlocked as previously mentioned by getting my Rep up to 10+

May i ask you this, to ensure we're talking about the same:

Do you own the Blueprints in "Station Design Simulator"? The "Mini-Universe" where you can plan and build stations outside of the sandbox universe for free? .. after you unlocked them in the open universe? .. Because can only build the modules in the Open Universe Sandbox. Whenever i open the Station Design Simulator, they are not being unlocked.

Hmm.. guess unlocked by EMP doesn't count then and i really need to really grind the QUE Rep. Maybe they're unlocked in Station Design Simulator by going throught the promotion ceremonies. I'll try that.

UPDATE:

After initially considering that stealing the Blueprints by EMP's may not unlock the Modules in the Station Design Simulator, I did grind my QUE Rep to +12 in my open Universe today.

I made sure to go through the promotion ceremony to receive my rank. And although i got no Notification for any unlocked blueprints , i double checked that i do own their "intermediate Station Module Licence" (which i do) .. So i fired up the Station Design Simulator and guess what... Station Simulator is still telling me that i do not own the Blueprints.

I'm out of Ideas.

Edit: Posted the problem in the technical Support Forums. Appearently working as (not) intended. Will be fixed with the next Update
