The build included pretty much everything you would need for a Terran economy including self sufficient habitation supply, as long as you can feed it with enough raw resources.
You will need to import energy cell since this build was created in asteroid belt and does not have the necessary sunlight level to worth staffing.
It's built in the tightest way I can think of so you can save on license money should you decide to build it in high value area.
The plot size requirement is 6x4x6. The build is completely symmetric so you can reserve a 6x8x6 and copy the entire sequence then flip it upside down to the bottom of the site.
The material cost to build the station is under 30 mil, miners/traders not included (resource density will change the amount you need). Hourly income is about 10 mils if you mine all the resources yourself which you should.

took me a while to get all the blueprints i needed for this but it was worth it. i have been building these outward from terran space so they can expand easier and i have one next to both my shipyards to make building terran ships easier. i really like the look of this too. thank you for the build. 07

Really love using that template to expand TER control. Can even add on whatever I want, once find the 'mission' that requires building 'outpost' from any factions!
