Basic Ship Nanoweaves are missing

Basic Ship Nanoweaves are missing

Hello!

I'm playing a 7.0 Hotfix 1 unmodded game, all DLC and all of Timelines unlocked. The issue I'm having is after 3 hours in a new budgeted game, not a single basic ship nanoweave, or ship nanoweave of any quality has dropped. I noticed there is no listing for the basic ship nanoweave in the encyclopedia, is this due to not finding them? I have a ship on repeat collect drops in Second Contact II and have found nothing. I even went fighting Xenon in Hatikvahs Choice, nothing. All other basic mods drop.

Is this something other people have encountered? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
