Flat content mod?

Where´s the mod that supposably brings back all the original content?
Is it that recall thing? Cmon guys if you hvae such an important thing name or decribe it correctly:).

Since you posted the same question in the relevant mod's thread already, it might be a good idea to read the Opening Post of that mod thread and see what it does.
