Is this game playable on standalone?
Just learned of this game and I'm on a Quest 3. So, I looked it up in the Meta Quest store and the game is there but it's confusing.
Under Platforms it's showing only the Rift and Rift S but Meta doesn't even sell those anymore.
Under system requirements it's showing PC stats. Can PCVR games be purchased through the Meta store?
And I'm not finding any reviews or videos of this game on standalone Quest.

No first hand experience, but it's unlikely to run on the Meta Quest without being connected to a PC, if that's what you're asking. XRVR is a PC game after all.

Re: Standalone Meta Quest?
You can play X Rebirth VR using your Quest 3 as a PCVR headset, but it is not a standalone game.
If you want to buy the game on Meta's store - you use the link cable or air link to play.
However, I would recommend buying the game on Steam for several reasons - not the least of which is the Meta PC store is pretty well unsupported. The number one reason to buy on Steam would be in case you upgrade to a non-Meta PCVR headset one day (say the Bigscreen Beyond or a future Valve headset), then you should have the option to be able to play on those headsets as well as the Meta headset. The other issue is the limited battery life of the Quest. I am currently playing on my Quest 3 using a BoboVR head strap with swappable batteries. It lasts a good while, but with simulations like X Rebirth VR or Elite Dangerous, you will probably be wanting to play for extended sessions.
I have tried to play X Rebirth VR for a long time... the control scheme has always been a huge hurdle, and even now that I have that more or less down pat, there are still issues that make me frustrated (like not being able to see the your contract missions while you are organizing your freighters to fulfill the deals). But don't get me wrong, if you are looking to play a VR Space Simulation - this one is one of the best I have experienced and it is the only one I know of that supports mods. I am really interested to get into modding the game (even if is it only to make managing your trade contracts easier)
