incorrect research costs - Now corrected.

Come corrections for incorrect values I noticed in the research cost chart for T1 blueprint hacking.
  • (Claytonics, Storage Module Hack): 500 -> 50
  • (Claytronics, Total): 625 -> 175
  • (Claytronics, Volume Container (m³)): 15,000 -> 4,200
  • (Σ, Volume Container (m³)): 49,350 -> 38,550

I must have made a typo back when I made the page and it has been fixed now.
