See my previous posts .. but Just had a thought, if you are using the XL Spires version, you also need the new Wide Area Sensor Array.
Its blueprint can be bought from PIO Representative or Argon Prime Representative.
Cant remember if I also used that on the final Boron build. But its definitely in the XL Spires build.
There's also the Observatory module, I already mentioned that somewhere in this topic.
