Boron queens carrier can be captured

Noticed the ship that is part of the main quest where you meet the Queen is able to be captured quite easily as it has only the captain.
I am not sure if this will break my game but I am pretty sure this is not intended.

I think so long as you have visited her a second time (after all the Boron diplomatic missions she gives you are done, like building the station in Eighteen Billion), game should be fine unless there is more after those to be triggered.

I am using the ship for boarding ops ATM (until I get the erking)

I think there is some quest ship like this one should immure to destroy or captured due special circumstances untill no longer need or necessary permanent if never end quest or something like that.

Wooow, ok, so now when you complete all of the missions for the Queen, and leave the ship, the queen ship poofs.

Not only does it poof, it distroys any ship you have docked and leaves the crew in space suits where it was.

I guess we are not allowed to have this ship anymore, Boarding is now impossible, it won't let you click start operation.

Yes, and that's often a problem with reading and resurrecting threads about older game versions.
