[3.0 B6 HF1] No warning when ship attacked

I looked through my settings and everything is default and looks to be turned on.

I get warnings for pirates wanting them to drop cargo, but no warnings when they're getting attacked or destroyed.

If I am wrong, sorry, I can't find how to turn this on. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Just wanted to report this if it is a bug.
