Am I the only one affected by this

MATRIX 451

since the 2.6 update I am able to finally destroy the xenon stations in matrix 451 but the sector remains xenon.
then xenon stations reappear constantly usually 4-6 every half hour. which I destroy constantly.
I sent a game save to Egosoft but that was a couple of weeks ago now and nothing heard.

so I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem

There is probably a station somewhere. Also, if another race adds their claim to the pot while the sector is still under Xenon control, you will have to axe their admin module as well as all Xenon stations to trigger the change.

I destroyed all the xenon long ago. pretty certain there is no other station. I have 3 defence stations in the sector and 5 carrier command fleets roaming about.

Same problem, never able to get some xenon sectors .... X4 is alfa .. not full game ... have "fun"

Only reason I don't own 451 is because the teladi beat me to it. If I blast their admin it's mine.

My money is on a teladi defense station defending nothing way off the ecliptic where those cowards like to build while you do the heavy lifting.

the teladi have got two defence stations in sector but the sector still belongs to the Xenon and their spawning stations even when I destroy them all breifly

Destroy all known admin modules in sector, and it will switch to your control.

Every race's admin is a bid to control the sector. The claim will not alter until the current contest is over. The contest isn't over until someone goes Highlander and is truly the only one left. Because the contest started with the Xenon having claim, it will remain Xenon regardless there being a Xenon station or not.

You don't have to destroy the Teladi stations in their entirety, just the admin module.

Despite the "broken game" cries of a few, the logic is sound, and unless ES saved the only working copy of X4 for me, it will work as advertised for you

Can't help ya there. My 451 is a no Xenon station spawn zone. But the last Scale Plate has been mine for a while, and it spawns 4-5 stations an hour. I don't know the mechanics there. I just assumed that I'm missing something somewhere.

I removed the offending teladi structures and the sector is now mine.
still got xenon station spam though, and the teladi hate me. from +22 to -15 rep. don't know how im going to fix that.

Without supply, Xenon should remain just spam. Haven't seen a single station actually finish development before i get around to blastin it, and I'm lazy.

The lizards will get over it. I only went from 30 to 29 myself, but ya got there before, and can do it again via mission, and trade.

For future:
The rep hits seem to come worst from kills. Any kills. Module. Drone. Ship. Escape pod.... If you have the materials to hack a station defenseless before attack, and you keep your turrets under control you can surgically remove a single module and escape with the most minor rep hit.
