Shortcut for deployable?

Hi, is there a shortcut or a way to define a shortcut for deployable like mines and laser tower?
It a extremely bothersome to use the right click method if you want to create a minefield for example. It just takes hundreds of clicks while a shortcut could make your life so much easier.
I looked through the Controls but couldn't see a relevant option.

You are right, a "deploy minefield" function would be cool. But seeing as how mines don't seem to function OOS (like I think they ought to), it may not be worthwhile laying down mines.

Please makes mines function OOS, Egosoft!
