I thought I already made myself clear on the discussion. No? Fine.
I'm glad for you. But you already expressed your experiences in the actual support thread, so I'm not sure why you're posting them again, here. All I can tell you is that as far as crashes or alt-tabbing issues go, they're situational, that is, may or may not appear, which makes them that much more frustrating. For example, between 2.0 and somewhere after 2.21 I myself haven't seen the animation problem, until I have. You not getting these issues does not mean that they aren't there.
Also, there's been zero input from you lately in the thread. If you're that eager to pitch in, I'd ask that you participate there instead.
Mouse pointer issue has been reported by multiple people (including myself) in the thread, and also elsewhere
acknowledged by the devs. Are you going to tell me that one also doesn't present itself on your system?
But alright, crashes would probably be fixed (though I'm not holding my breath), alt-tabbing mostly can be dealt with (woe to streamers though), mouse, while annoying, is purely cosmetic. But, with
this (last paragraph) still being the case, they're taking off the "Beta" label off the Linux version anyway. Here's hoping there weren't that many people waiting for it on GOG, all the while playing for hundreds of hours on Windows only to find out their saves would be modified if they migrate.
With that, I'm done with the subject in this subforum. If you really want to further the discussion, please visit
this,
this, and/or
this thread.
