Station build bug 2.21

I am in the process of building a ship warf and inadvertently used a ship manufacture module instead of ship maintenance.
So clicked to remove the module and replace with the correct one. The manufacture module had all ready been built so it started deconstructing immediately and went red in plan build view.
The assigned builder stopped working for me and left.
I can’t assign a new builder ...no option for this station.
The module is continuing to deconstruct itself?

Update:

After the module was deconstructed I was able to hire another builder to continue the station.
