Re: Linux Support
IIRC, you can go to GOGcom website and download the installers. Issue is that they only propose the latest ones. Thus, it is your responsibility to make backups of your game. They'll be your forever though, so long your hard drive doesn't crash and burn.

Re: Linux Support
Hi guys just want to raise once again: FPS is too low. I originally posted it here
\viewtopic.php?t=476714&sid=7f6356dfb93f ... a44037aece
and then followed-up sending my savegame and all info to the support email. I see some very insightful posts from users but, unfortunately, not much follow-up from devs. Somebody did reply to my email asking to confirm that I am not using iGPU. Which I confirmed.
We are talking about a mere 25-35 FPS on a 9700x 9070 XT system. The funniest thing is that it drops down to 20FPS when I open the map. Please follow-up on the issue, thank you.

Re: Linux Support
Please don't post the same thing in multiple threads. It makes it harder to track, not easier.
I should also point out that you've had several emails in response to the mail you sent with the additional information. But again, any further discussion of this should take place in the original thread you created.

Re: Linux Support
Hallo.

Re: Linux Support
@CBJ and @allpurposemat,GBscientist wrote: Sat, 13. Jun 26, 05:21 My game fails to start when loading from Heroic game launcher, and crashes after the splash screen when opening directly from the executables. Basically, I would appreciate any direction as to whether this is an Egosoft issue, or caused by my distro.
Required data:
Version 9.00 English, GOG Linux native
Modded with crystalfinder, RareModpartsSold, and shiptraderssellpaintmods
Terran Cadet start
Crashes before getting to the Egosoft logo movie
Only change that I can think of is Fedora 44 removing X11.
Here is a link to my Google Drive folder containing the Fedora crash reports and vulkaninfo output: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... drive_link
OS: Fedora 44, Plasma 6.6.5
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RAM: 32GiB
GPU: Radeon RX 9070
Has my crashdump output been downloaded by your team? Here is the link again, in case you have not. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/ ... drive_link
