Data for now is taken from a spreadsheet created by /u/The_Blackdust however I will extract it directly from game files soon.

Let me know what you think.
Hey crissian,

Thank you for the application, it will certainly be useful for me in the future. Waiting for the bugs to get ironed out, I think I'll make a new start after the 1.5 (or the 2.0) update and your app will certainly help me avoid many rookie mistakes I made on my first run.

I actually made the app to auto-calculate the production efficiency.

Don't know if you've thought about it or if it's been suggested, but adding an auto-calculation for storage requirements of materials and products with S/M/L storage module requirement options would be super handy and save me some extra calculations

Really nice tool, use it frequently.

I'd like to +1 for the storage request - and maybe compare storage capacity per storage type to production volume per unit time.

Links to www.x4-game.com, Station Calculator Not Working?

Post by Reposter »

Hi guys, I managed to use the Station Calculator website on Microsoft Edge but have discovered a problem.

I can use the website to make my own Stations, but if I click on links from Steam or Internet Explorer 11:

1. The first time the link would load successfully on Microsoft Edge after copying the URL.
2. However, if I edit the information with the Station Calculator on Microsoft Edge, if I try to reload the link it would only show the edited information, not the information contained within the link when I first click on it.
3. I cannot recover the original settings even though I want to look at the original information contained in the link.
4. If I delete all browsing data and cached data, and I retry the link, then it would work but if I edit the data again, the same problem occurs, I cannot see the original data from the link once more.

My Internet Explorer 11 Browser cannot even open the X4-Game.com Station Calculator website at all, it just gives a white blank page.

I got loading problems with Firefox so I did not install on my HP Omen Gaming Notebook, and I am not Google Chrome user. I need help with Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11, please try not to advise me to install other Browsers thanks.

i will just confirm this...

how ever manually copying a link, closing the browser entirely than pasting the link will show the related module configuration.

additional note... nice tool... i wish i had access to it way earlier ;)

Still not working for me even if I close Microsoft edge and then Paste and Go the link from IE11 or Steam... it keep showing my last personally configured Station...

Hope there is a fix, thanks for the website though, it is quite useful tool.

Yes, the way it handles data cause this - for one browser session you can only have 1 instance of the calculator.

Using several browsers or incognito browser instances help.

I didn't test it in any IE version and I don't plan to support IE at all.
The other issues should be fixed.

@ Crissian, ok my Microsoft Edge is working again, When I open the original links from IE 11 it would show the original info even if I edit it and close Microsoft Edge again.

Now I thank you for your troubles to make this website, and just would be great if you have time to consider making it work in IE 11, but it is up to you, if its too much trouble then never mind ok, just think about it if you have time, thanks!

I would also like to thank you. This saves so much time and my stations are neat and tidy.

Adding storage requirements would be the cherry on top. Top marks my man, a quality tool.
