BUG[1.32]??? Xenon shipyards and wharfs hull parts storage not being replenished at all!

I have used a cheat to scan all stations as i have all sectors revealed and a satellite plopped at every station.

Their hull parts storage is 0/205 - 0/305 and are not receiving any hull parts what so ever in my save. 1 shipyard has 0/25000 storage for hull parts but in a new save they reverted to what i stated previously.

this may explain why my xenon activity doesn't exist. They cant build anything

All their stations are labeled as defense stations as well, defense stations have cog icons and normal stations have shield icons

The game practically cheats to produce Xenon and Kha'ak ships
You make a foray into their territory and realize they don't actually have all 21 production modules on their stations, to be able to turn basic resources into the parts required to manufacture ships. In fact they barely have any of them.

Ah ok thanks. Guess they need some fine tuning to their spawn rate then ^^.

Xenons don't spawn, only Khaaks do. But Xenon ships doesn't require the same ship parts for construction as others.
