Seeing orders for other factions ships???

Seeing orders for other factions ships???
Since update 1.3.2 I can see order lines on the map for ships that I don't own. Is this supposed to happen???? It is kinda annoying to be honest.

As far as I can tell, you can see the orders of allied ships. Just turn off orders in the filters. When you click on an individual ship you can still see its orders.
